Scriptures Extolling His Name!

Isa. 52.6 ” Therefore My people will know My Name; therefore in that day they will know My name; therefore in that it is I who foretold it. Yes, it is I.”

Ps. 97.12 “”O you righteous, rejoice in YHVH and acclaim His holy name!”

Dan. 2.20-22 “Blessed be the Name of YHVH forever and ever…”

I Chron. 23.30-31 The Priests or Levites under David were “to stand every morning to thank and praise YHVH, and likewise at evening. 31 and at every presentation of a burnt offering to YHVH on the Sabbaths and on the New Moons and on the set feasts…” NKJ

II Sam. 22.4 ” I will call upon YHVH, who is worthy to be praised.”

The First Temple was dedicated after Solomon built it and a covenant was made between YHVH and Israel through Solomon as king.

II Chron. 7.14 tells the terms of the Covenant which centered around obedience to His statutes and commandments. “If My people who are called by My Name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 15 Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to pray in this place. 16 For now I have chosen and sanctified this house, that My name may be there forever; and My eyes and My heart will be there perpetually.
